Managing your subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Sproker plan.
Upgrading your plan
Go to Account > Billing in the sidebar. Click "Change plan" and select Pro or Ultra. Payment is processed through Stripe. You get immediate access to all features included in your new plan.
Downgrading
You can downgrade at any time. Your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period. After that, premium features become read-only: you can still view your AI insights, memory capsules, and analytics, but can't create new ones until you re-subscribe.
Canceling
Cancel from Account > Billing. Your plan runs until the end of the current period. All your content (entries, stories, books) stays accessible on the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
Billing portal
Click "Manage billing" to open the Stripe customer portal. There you can update your payment method, download invoices, and review your billing history.
