The myths and legends of a world we have not built yet. This challenge asks for an opening chapter rooted in invented folklore - a story set in the future that has its own mythology, its own half-remembered origin stories, its own saints and monsters. The folklore should feel old even if the world is new. Bonus points for folklore that turns out to matter to the plot.
