Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do on Sproker. It supplements, and forms part of, our Terms of Service. Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, account suspension or termination.

Content you may not post

• Unlawful, defamatory, threatening or harassing material.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that violates someone's privacy.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
• Hateful or discriminatory content targeting protected characteristics.
• Content promoting violence, self-harm or terrorism.
• Malware, phishing links or other malicious code.
• Spam, scams or unsolicited advertising.
• Impersonation of a person or organisation.

Conduct that is not allowed

• Scraping, bulk-downloading or harvesting data without permission.
• Abusing AI features or credits, or trying to bypass plan limits or usage controls.
• Automated abuse, including bots that manipulate votes, ratings or reputation.
• Probing, scanning or testing the security of the service without authorisation.
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the service except as the Terms permit.

AI-assisted content

You are responsible for everything you submit, including AI-assisted content, and you must disclose AI assistance using the platform's toggle. You may not use Sproker's AI tools to generate content that breaks the rules above.

Reporting and enforcement

Anyone can report content they believe is illegal or breaks these rules by emailing privacy@sproker.com, or using the in-app report control. When we restrict or remove content or suspend an account, we provide the affected user with a statement of reasons and information on how to object, in line with the EU Digital Services Act. We may act without prior notice only where necessary to comply with the law or prevent imminent harm, and we may report serious violations to the authorities.
