15 moods

Sproker offers 15 moods to capture how you're feeling: happy, sad, anxious, calm, excited, angry, grateful, content, peaceful, energetic, frustrated, lonely, proud, curious, and nostalgic. Pick the one that fits best, or let AI suggest one based on your writing.

AI mood detection

On Pro and Ultra plans, AI analyzes your entry text and suggests a mood. It might say "Your writing sounds reflective today" or "This reads as excited and energetic." You can accept the suggestion or pick a different mood - it's always your choice.

Calendar heatmap

The calendar view shows your writing history as a color-coded grid, similar to a GitHub contribution chart. Each day is colored by your mood, so you can spot emotional patterns at a glance. Tap any day to read that entry.

Journal templates

Instead of starting from a blank page, choose a template: Gratitude (list things you're thankful for), Morning Pages (stream-of-consciousness writing), Evening Reflection (review your day), CBT Thought Record (structured cognitive behavioral therapy exercise), or Weekly Review (reflect on the past week). Free users get 3 templates; Pro and Ultra get all 5.
